2nd Annual Menstrual Product Drive: Supporting Cycles & Strengthening Community
May is National Menstrual Health Awareness Month. Menstrual health is something that impacts all of us, directly or indirectly, and it not talked about nearly enough.
Most people begin menstruating around age 12 and continue until about age 51 — nearly four decades of needing consistent, reliable supplies every single month. With an average of 3–7 bleeding days per cycle and a typical use of roughly 20 products per month, that adds up to about 260 pads or tampons each year.
For those already facing financial strain, this recurring cost can be overwhelming. Menstrual products are among the most frequently requested items at food banks and shelters, yet they aren’t covered by SNAP. When someone doesn’t have the pads or tampons they need, it can be incredibly hard to leave the house for work, school, errands, or childcare — limiting daily life in ways many of us never see. Your donation helps meet a basic need that supports dignity, comfort, and full participation in daily life.
As the team at Footprints Food Pantry shares: “When people have what they need to care for themselves, they can show up more fully in their lives, their families, and their communities.”
Brittany Lee Wellness and Studio One will each match the first 15 boxes donated and all donations will go to Footprints Food Pantry in Kittery.

Strong From the Inside Out: Pelvic Floor Workshop
Join us for an informative and empowering workshop focused on understanding and supporting your pelvic floor. We’ll break down what the pelvic floor is, what it does, and guide you through simple ways to build awareness and connection to these important muscles.
This session will also explore common patterns we often see in those who ride regularly, including urinary urgency, incontinence, constipation, and discomfort with intimacy. You’ll learn practical techniques to help address these challenges and better support your body both in and out of the studio.
We’ll also dive into what pelvic physical therapy is, how it works, and how it can be a valuable tool in your overall care. We’ll close with an open Q&A, giving you space to ask questions in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
Cost: Tied directly to the product drive, your "ticket in" is a donation! Donate 1 box of tampons or pads, a menstrual cup, or a pair of period underwear (all new and unused). Donations will go to Footprints Food Pantry in Kittery as part of our 2nd Annual Menstrual Product Drive.
What to Bring: Props will be available, but feel free to bring anything that will help you feel comfortable sitting on a mat. Wear clothing that allows for easy movement and relaxed seated positions.
