Brittany Lee Robinson, DPT, TPS, RYT

I work with people who are in pain, experiencing leakage, are prepping for or healing from childbirth. People I work with have often been brushed aside by other health care providers, told that their pain or leakage is ‘normal’ and to ‘just relax’ or essentially ‘just deal with it.’ Pain with sex or peeing when you don’t mean to significantly impact the lives of many people. For some, it makes it difficult for them to connect with their partner or to experience pleasure with sex. For others, they avoid going to work out classes or are fearful of going to social events because they might pee their pants and others might see. While these experiences are very common, they are NOT normal and can be helped with Pelvic Floor PT!

I promise that when we work together, you will feel seen, heard, and supported. As you move through your unique healing process, I will guide you through the challenges so that you don’t feel alone. I will help you to envision and work towards the life that you want to live, to regain independence, autonomy, and a loving relationship with your body and your life.

Our time together will not be your average physical therapy session and I am not your average physical therapist. Through various treatment approaches, we will address your whole being, not just a diagnosis or body part written on a sheet of paper. I will use my expertise in Orthopedic and Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy, Reiki, and Yoga to create and implement a plan that works towards your unique goals and creates healing on multiple levels. When we address you as a whole being, we find the way forward.

I am here and I am honored to be a part of your healing journey.
